Pros
This is the place to be if you want to work with leading edge technologies. Also a great place if you are a self starter and action oriented. You can own your own career and contribute in significant ways if you take the initiative. People are intelligent, creative and since the company is headquartered in Amsterdam, you will have the ability to meet and work with people from all over the world.
Cons
I don't consider it a con because it was what I was looking for but some may have a hard time working in a organization that is not fully mature in the US market. If you like structure and fully matured process this is not the place for you.
