Pros

1. Good infrastructure is provided to work. 2. New office location is good. 3. Very helpful colleagues.

Cons

1. Project management is not good which will give unwanted pressure to employees 2. It feel really bad when you get to know you are not going to get increment from last two years same situation.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
