      Pros

      Good Employee Benefits and initial salary they offered has good structure and competitive. Using Latest technologies. Good WLB and learning opportunities if you are getting RnD dept.

      Cons

      No salary hikes. Projects learning is not good in departments other then RnD. Monotonous work in most of the projects. lack of prowess in leaderships

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      Pros

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
