      Pros

      Plenty of room to take on opportunities if you’re proactive and willing to show initiative. Operates in a very interesting and relevant domain: software for banks. Currently riding the AI wave—both by integrating AI into its products and by experimenting with AI in internal ways of working.

      Cons

      Growing pains, especially around scaling and knowledge sharing. Pay is not particularly competitive compared to other players in the industry.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
