Been a great for a while - Getting worried - Paralegal Barclay Damon, LLP Employee Review

Just remodeled and took away private work spaces for non-attorneys - almost all now share space with a co-worker, Plus very low cube walls so sounds travels easily. Very distracting. Also reduced hybrid schedule to 3 Office/2 WFH thereby costing employees more time and money for commute/work overhead (statistically costs $30-50/day to go into office). Cannot understand logic behind opening spaces, creating more noise and wanting more people in the office, all at the same time.
