I really like my coworkers and the projects I get to work on. They allow us to work from home when we request to.
Cons
Management provides very little direction and the direction that they do provide is contradictory. No constructive feedback is given, only direct criticism in front of coworkers. I feel completely unsupported and constantly talked down to.
Bellweather Agency Response

Thank you for sharing your experience. In the year after this was shared, we made many meaningful changes to our communication process including creating clear, helpful feedback documentation and processes to aid in communication (even more important during work-from-home times). In 2021, Bellweather’s management expanded to include a new Chief Operating Officer overseeing all things HR and communications-related. We understand that only by constantly communicating with employees and refining our processes and procedures will we become closer to our goal of being the most inclusive, collaborative, and creative agency working today.
