Bellweather Agency Response

Thank you for your honesty. This was a wake-up call to make meaningful changes. In the months since this was written, management re-committed to building a creative agency that leads with dignity and respect for all our staff, clients, and collaborators and put in policy changes to make this happen. These changes included diversity, equity, and inclusion training for leadership and shifting from hourly-based wages for full-time staff to salary and unlimited paid-time-off. (This has helped alleviate communication challenges related to tracking hours and perceived discrepancies in pay.) In 2021, Bellweather’s management expanded to include a new Chief Operating Officer overseeing all things HR, alongside more transparent and collaborative communication processes. This feedback has caused Bellweather to be a more transparent workplace and we commit to continually improving our company culture going forward.
