Pros

This company has been the most rewarding job I have ever worked at. It is a company that makes you want to make a career out of being here. The company feels like a family and treats their agents amazing. This is the first company that I have worked at where I felt valued for all my hard work, not just a dispensable employee. This company has so many opportunities for advancement. I have been with the company since August 2021 and have been promoted 3 times in that time period. Not to mention the work that we do is so important and impactful to a population that needs our assistance in more ways than one. Benelynk is the place you want to be.

I have yet to find any cons about working with this company.

Supportive coworkers who made difficult situations easier

Cons

Poor communication and lack of transparency during layoffs. Employees were terminated abruptly in a short meeting with no opportunity to ask questions or receive meaningful explanations.
