Pros

In theory this company is supposed to help seniors access benefits, but it’s done in the poorest way possible Pay is ok

Cons

Glorified call center job Basically scaring seniors into authorizing us to manage their benefits No technology, barely any support They force you to write a 5 star review at the end of training

Pros

The pay was decent. The trainer was funny.

Cons

This job was terrible. The training could have been better. It was all over the place then they throw you on the phones. U are working with UHC, Aetna and abt two different other insurance. Mostly outbound. The dialer is insane. It call about a good 15 memebers at once and you don’t know which one really belong to you. Then you get these poor elderly ppl on the phone and have to convince them to send info out to them(help with their bills, garden work etc). The you have to go thru a bunch of questions asking if they receive snap, sis, veterans benefits etc. most of these ppl don’t even want to be on the call that long. They send these letters out as if their benefits are going to be cancell if they don’t call us and it’s not!! Training was a joke after a week of convincing you this isn’t a sales job you get thrown out on calls and get paid extra by how much info is sent out to customers (but this isn’t a sales job) what a joke! Over 20 ppl end up quitting out class while and after training!!

Our mission seems to be very misconstrued in this review. We are dedicated to improving lives and positively impacting social determinants of health barriers by providing our healthcare partners with the information they need, and people with the advocacy they deserve. We have assisted countless members and continue to do so through our efforts. We are continuously looking at ways in which we can improve upon the training experience, and go straight to the source to identify any areas that we can improve upon. It does not seem as though this position was a good fit, and we wish you all of the best in your future career endeavors.
