Company offers good base salary.

Cons

Company asks employees during training to submit a review of the company, the team leads and coaches are racist and gossip about the people they train, they accidentally shared their screen showing the chat where they were making fun of someones accent since english wasnt their native language. When speaking to HR about the situation there were no consequences to the employees who displayed this behavior.

Supportive coworkers who made difficult situations easier

Cons

Poor communication and lack of transparency during layoffs. Employees were terminated abruptly in a short meeting with no opportunity to ask questions or receive meaningful explanations.
