Pays a decent salary but not enough

Cons

No benefits for PR folks, recruiters give you a whole list of benefits you will get but once hired none of them apply to PR folks. They did not give bonuses and the bonuses were 15 cents per every cl. Metrics are crazy they ask you meet a goal but their system is down everyday for hours. Worst place i have worked for in my life run for your life! Hr will tell you one thing and then your sup will tell you another and you will be fired regardless. They hire many times a year cause people quit or they are fired

Supportive coworkers who made difficult situations easier

Cons

Poor communication and lack of transparency during layoffs. Employees were terminated abruptly in a short meeting with no opportunity to ask questions or receive meaningful explanations.
