      Training classes are overcrowded (60–70 people per session?? (Come on now) The behavior of some coworkers was loud, unprofessional, and unfiltered Communication between departments felt scattered

      Supportive coworkers who made difficult situations easier

      Cons

      Poor communication and lack of transparency during layoffs. Employees were terminated abruptly in a short meeting with no opportunity to ask questions or receive meaningful explanations.
