Pros

I enjoy working here. Benefits are great and if you have the will and drive management will take you under their wing and put all their care and effort into helping you succeed. My manager is my biggest cheerleader. Incredibly flexible WFH and the culture is amazing. Everyone celebrates each other. Transparency is overall a priority as much as leadership is allowed to be. They are flexible with time off and if emergencies come up. Great work life balance. As a hardworking agent who arrives, the Barclay's acquisition doesn't bother me. If anything it shows there's going to be more opportunities for me to excel. My peers who aren't as willing to put in the effort are worrisome. But I'm not. I'm excited for this growth.

Cons

If you don't understand how to navigate the cooperate world you won't excell. Politics aren't big, but they like to keep hiring internal so it's important you are mature enough to understand the nuances.
