Pros
It should be noted that the company have recently made a bunch of redundancies, which hit dev very hard and will explain some of the inane rantings on here. In fact many of the comments written on here are entirely juvenile, unfair and to be honest a little embarrassing. The dev dept had it's problems but it was a pretty good place to work, loads of good people in the teams, decent tech stack, always found snr management smart and approachable people to be honest. It was an environment where you basically had to push yourself massively to stand out - the shrinking violets, non team players and weird oddball loaners didn't flourish (see other reviews I guess). Didn't really use any of the office facilities but lots of people found them good.
Cons
There was definitely a lack of technical direction of the product set Some dev teams operated much better than others, lack of flexibility to move around No formal training process Some questionable hiring decisions Wider company staff retention
