Many hardworking people and some good technical brains but sadly they aren't appreciated and most are looking to leave a sinking ship.
Cons
This place is essentially a boys club and most of the middle and upper management are all old pals covering for each others lack of professionalism and skill. The Bomgar and Francisco Partners takeover has added confusion and a total lack of direction as noone knows which of the 4 product suites (4 acquisitions in less than a year), will continue to exist going forwards. Customers are treated with contempt and lack of skill and urgency means some customer requests wait years to be addressed if they do ever receive attention at all. Customer retention is at an all time low. Add the fact that morale is at an all time low and many of the skilled staff are either being laid off or leaving of their own accord to find better opportunities. We are all fixing our resumes and hoping for the best. The.new owners now like to spend minimally and expect over performance and then happily dispose of you at a moment's notice if you don't fit their needs. Half of the VPs are hanging onto their roles thanks to either not being particularly well paid and noone else would want the job, or that noone really knows what they do and they just make themselves look busy when required. If you're looking to join this company, do yourself a favour and run a mile. High churn of staff speaks for itself and it's getting higher. A change of logo and new branding isn't going to fix this!
