We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience as an RBT in Piscataway. We understand the challenging nature of working with children with autism and are adamant about providing comprehensive training and support from day one, including ongoing mentorship from ABA industry experts, to ensure all of our clinicians feel confident and capable in both their current roles and the ones they strive to have in the future. Pros

*Easy to use PTO/accumulate PTO quickly *Friendly staff, good morale on the floor. Everyone feels like friends. *Paid training, continued training once you are by yourself. *RBT exam is paid for. *They pass out snacks, do appreciation stuff for staff. *Host fun events and company outings. *CLEAN *30 min lunch break Bierman is the best place I have worked for, it is very possible to move up the ladder if you are interested in becoming a BCBA, as well as the operational route. They truly invest in those who invest into them! The clinical director and PM at this center are friendly, as well as the team! Everyone is so willing to help and they keep the environment fun!

Cons

*Schedule changes throughout the day (only some days). *Parking lot is small * Paper Data *Benefits are kind of expensive

Pros

provides great quality care to clients, super flexible time off, anniversary PTO, flexible call outs, had GREAT 4 week training when i started (1.5 year ago, i believe it has since changed), they offer “flex time” if a client isnt present/the chance to go in late or leave early and it does not count against your attendance if offered

Cons

can sometimes have a chaotic schedule and you might not get put with your clients even if you’re both there, not much support to cover bathroom breaks, cleaning people do not clean or vacuum they only change the trash bags and the center never really gets a deep clean, pay is not great, turnover rate at the moment is horrible

Creating environments where teammates can learn and grow—and where clients can thrive—is equally important to us. Our centers are cleaned regularly because maintaining a supportive, welcoming, and well-kept environment is essential to both client learning and teammate success.
