Pros
The children that go to Bierman as well as the families are absolutely amazing! I loved seeing the progress the children made and it felt so good to be a part of helping them succeed in life. I also loved working with the other BTs.
Cons
At first I loved working for Bierman and thought it was an amazing place. Overtime I realized their expectations and rules were not worth the $18 an hour I was making. I felt like they ran me into the ground while not taking any of the feedback I offered to make the work environment a better place. I felt those holding higher positions abused their power and made me, a BT feel small and disposable despite all of the hard work I put in every day. The hard work BTs do there is not recognized or respected. Also, management does not adapt to the needs of each center despite major differences in geographical location.
