This company offers full-time employment. For the level of experience required and hourly wage offered this organization is competing with the retail and fast food sector. Bill Gosling offers full-time which is difficult to find with their employment competition. The business experience and training is also a huge plus if a candidate is a new comer or lacks business experience.

Cons

I truly was challenged with the integrity of the company. There was a fear tact always in play. A very senior level executive threatened the agents they could be sued if certain practices were not compiled with not in consideration of honest unintentional human error which was completely not true! Turn over was like nothing I have seen before at a phenomenally high rate. Pay is definitely not in line with the responsibilities and expectations. They also have a proven past record of abuses towards employees.

Only benefit of working for this "company" is Working from home. If they ever change that in the US, they will FOLD.

NONE, pay is horrible, no incentives, no bonuses, no raises unless you beg and that takes almost another year ... if they decide to give you one, management is horrible ... especially the Director and his protege "the managing coach", they focus more on you coming to the office 1 day of the week than you being comfortable when you're there, it's over crowded& people are coughing and sneezing all day with no masks, always as soon as you get to the office& having to wait for assistance til managers put in a ticket for their daily computer issues when 2 IT guys are sitting right there laughing about whatever they are viewing on their mobile phones is a huge pain when they can just walk over to assist, the turnover rate for incoming and outgoing employees is astronomical, everyone agrees this job is a placeholder till better comes along, this location is the one in the USA and it's horrible,
