Pros
1. All offices are in city centre's, saves travel time to distant IT parks 2. Very good organization for freshers since they get hands experience and also decision taking ability since middle management is very very scared of taking risks, hence putting whole burden of projects on freshers
Cons
1. Very few people present in the organization who have 3 to 10 years of experience 2. Quality of projects as well as quantity is less -- they hardly ever get new projects 3. All middle management and top management employees are people who are remaining and did not leave the organization for 10+ years and hence became PM's or DM's, designation is not related to intelligence or work quality 4. Most of the positive reviews on glass door are filled by HR's after they receive a negative review here
