Here the correct talent of individual is identified and growth path is carved accordingly My co-workers, leads , managers have always been supportive in all the projects that I worked so far. Not only the team members but also the support staff is helpful. Most IMP – Senior Management anywhere may be best w.r.t their defined roles and responsibilities. But the essence of Bitwise is, apart from defined duties, here the management is also there for mental and emotional support, when it comes to handling personal priorities along with job.
