Pros
1. Team is supportive. 2. Management is supportive. 3. In remote you get flexible time to finish your task. 4. If by any chance, you are on the bench. They don't lay off, mgt tries their best to put in some project. 5. You get to work on the latest technologies. 6. If by any chance you have to work for the weekend, it is appreciated.
Cons
1. I've not received appraisal since 1 and half year because I joined late in the month of November so personally my salary is comparitively less than what other companies are offering. I don't know if that's con or not! 2. The notice period is of 90 days personally that's only con I thought first. 3. The focus is on delivery of the product and not the overall qualitative practices which happens in all service based companies. 4. Mentorship is lacking or atleast in the projects I worked, I believe some mentionship should be there .
