Pros
I most liked in bitwise was flexibility of work. As working in a hybrid but collaboration with team was great. Both work and life well balancing. Every month new training calendar helps to learn new technologies. Overall being a bitwiser felt very good.
Cons
Actually, there were no dislikes about working but due to market up's and down's paying is little low. Hope it will better.
