First of all,Bitwise is a Mid sized company, Now coming to review side with respect to each and every aspect. For Freshers; Company is good to learn but only when you get the technology you wanted. In most of the cases they hire you as a trainee programmer and put you in some other technologies. Work environment is very tough for freshers ,lots of work assignment with tight deadline that to without proper training.long work timings,weekend work without incentives. Some of the freshers have absconded out of frustrations but the company really don’t care. They give good package to the freshers compare to other MN C's because they know very well their work environment is very difficult to survive. Now coming to review for Experienced professionals.
