The company plans without any regard for reality, without consulting engineers or checking if underlying resources actually exist before creating plans around them. Very toxic upper management which creates a fear based culture that makes you spend more time worrying if you'll randomly loose your job than actually being able to code. Additionally they love promising you'll get bonuses and raises but year after year there was never anything to be seen.
