Pros
They pay a salary but who cares? Employee morale is at an all time low. Run as fast as possible and take a job anywhere else but Blitz/Swift Media.
Cons
1. The product is going downhill and has been for a few years. It doesn't matter how many Engineers they hire, the Product is on the decline and should be sold off 2. Andy is a menace. You can google his name and read past allegations on him and his bully tactics. He's childish, uneducated, inappropriate, unprofessional, and unfit to lead any business. 3. Sexism, racism, and bullying is a part of the culture at Blitz/Swift Media. If you're a woman, don't apply here -- you won't be here for long (unless you work in HR) 4. Revenue is flat YoY, no user growth, no bonus, no salary adjustments in years. Again, why would any skilled professional want to work for Andy?
