Pros

Great work enviroment, you actually do learn a thing or two about web hosting.

Cons

I was brought on with the full intention that I was going to do technical support. "Don't think about it as sales, think about it as helping the customer succeed" I'm sorry, I do not feel at all comfortable peddling products that customers don't need when they call in to get help. Doesn't matter how much you actually help the customer.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Bluehost. The company genuinely cares about its customers and invests heavily in supporting small business owners, which makes the work feel meaningful. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, and I’ve had strong opportunities to grow professionally through increased responsibility, cross-functional projects, and leadership development. The culture is collaborative and supportive, especially across teams. There’s a strong focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and empowering employees to bring ideas forward. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is treated as a norm rather than a perk. Bluehost is a great place to work if you enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and being part of a company that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses. I’m grateful for the growth opportunities and the people I get to work with every day.

Cons

Like any large, fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly, and there’s always a lot happening at once. This can be challenging at times, but it also creates opportunities to learn and stretch.
