Pros
Decent pay. Good place to learn about Linux and web hosting. Their benefits are okay.
Cons
They promote their friends above the hard workers. They are more concerned about numbers than quality. They want X amount of sign-ups per day/week/month and are not concerned about customer retention. Their marketing plan seems desperate. (Unlimited Bandwidth, storage, emails, etc for only $6.95/month!?!?!) They don't have the hardware for those kind of packages which end up with burned customers. They are 3 companies in one. Bluehost, Hostmonster and Fastdomain. They compete against themselves to get more of a market. Support is supposed to answer the phone pretending to be one company or the other. Poor customers get fed up with one company, cancell their account, then callback to the other company and sign up not realizing it's the same hardware/service/etc. Other companies will respect you and recognize your work, so if that doesn't bother you, Bluehost is for you.
