Very unprofessional - Assistant Manager Brady Sullivan Properties Employee Review

I worked in Warren at a lease up property. Corporate office micromanages which was tedious. What was worse was how unprofessional the manager and staff was. All they did was bash corporate, talk to residents about other residents, and gossip about other employees. I was there for three weeks. I checked in on my performance every week and three days prior to me being fired for “not being a good fit” I was told I was doing great. All the manager did was talk about herself all day long and load her work on to her fellow employees. Also witnessed upper management assign Glassdoor reviews to employees.
