Pros

Good company to work for. Owners are easy to talk to. They buy lunch for the company every Thursday. People are friendly and welcoming. Pepsi fountain machine for free soda, as well as coffee.

Cons

Benefits are a bit on the lacking side, but not terrible. Being a construction type company, one would expect to have a more relaxed dress code, especially on Fridays - but the pizza makes up for this.
