Pros

Unlimited potential to make money, I suppose. Got paid on time, every week. The exec team means what they say about "intraprenurial" mindset. You better come willing to do all of the work, expecting no help. If that's the type of lone wolf you are, and can market, buy lists, join every professional group in your area, create proposal templates, T&C templates, marketing collateral, and still have time to make a million calls, then this is the place for you. You'll do great. If not, they'll let you know.

Cons

Terrible management. Moreover, terrible management philosophy. Very cliquey group, not in a good way. A lot of what previous reviewers have said is true. They offer literally 0 benefits. It's true about the unlimited vacation or time off policy, and that you would be made to feel terrible if you took time off. I witnessed an employee go in and tell the CEO that she had a "woman doctor" type appointment, so he then ridiculed her. I don't know if I agree with the word "toxic" being thrown around to describe Brainsell, but it certainly isn't a healthy environment in which to work.

Pros

As a small company, each employee has exposure to all the workings of the company, and as a result, each employee has the opportunity to contribute across the board.

Cons

This is not a 9-5 place which doesn't work well for some folks who prefer that type of work commitment.

Pros

At one point in time, they structured the commission breakdown in favor of AEs. They've since scaled it back entirely without increasing base pay.

Cons

- Kept a buyout that was a massive shift to the business secret from all employees (even sales leadership) - Asked employees to leave 5 star glassdoor reviews in attempt to hide from the negative ones that tell the real story - Can't hold down sales hires because their pay is atrocious, their business model doesn't work, and they don't provide proper onboarding - Expect employees to manage hundreds of accounts without providing proper resources - Expect employees to work early mornings and late nights and weekends regularly - still doesn't provide proper employee benefits. As a MA-based company, that should be embarrassing
