If you can be an entrepreneur at your desk, you can succeed at BrainSell.

Cons

Takes hard work. If you're not able to be independent and entrepreneurial, then this might not be the place for you.

Self-indulgent with no real world experience

Pros

Get your feet wet with low tier CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation software.

Cons

Everything else. The place is run like junior high. The owner is a self-important blowhard. The "President" is a former shoe sales woman who knows basic sales/marketing technology and gets by with a combination of bullying and manipulation. The atmosphere runs from passable to toxic depending on the mood of the few group members who have been around for 5+ years. The technologies they promote are second tier and borderline obsolete, which matches the group as a whole. If the company folded tomorrow, each person would expect a nice cushy career elsewhere, but the reality is that none of these folks have any true experience aside from being glorified SDR's or marketing associates. This group truly, truly deserves each other.
