Pros
You can make a lot of money here. Base salary is low, but the commission structure is unlimited (although they have a tendency to move the goalposts often with no notice). Made some good friends I still keep in contact with today.
Cons
- No real health insurance benefits. They offer a monthly stipend that doesn't cover your monthly premium. - You're expected to work early, late, and on weekends. If you don't, you'll hear about it and be on the owner's radar until you sell the next big deal. - Unlimited PTO isn't real. If you took time off and a client reaches out to you, the expectation is you handle it. People do not have your back, including leadership. It's impossible to unplug. - Office culture is old fashioned. Lack of diversity and crude jokes are made constantly. - Leadership does not have your back. Everyone tip toes around the owner because you never know what version of him you're going to get. - Impossible to get promoted
