Pros

Friendly work place environment, good co-workers, good health care, and just an overall good workplace.

Cons

No upward movement in the company, big studio so there is lots of management.

Pros

The people are what made working at Bungie amazing, a lot of very smart & talented people.

Cons

A massive talent drain over the past three rounds of layoffs. Lots of fumbled bets by past leadership that lasted long after they left. The benefits used to be stellar but got reduced year over year after Sony acquisition due to 'belt tightening' & aligning to Sonys benefits. Future is very questionable for the studio.
