The people are what made working at Bungie amazing, a lot of very smart & talented people.

A massive talent drain over the past three rounds of layoffs.
Lots of fumbled bets by past leadership that lasted long after they left.
The benefits used to be stellar but got reduced year over year after Sony acquisition due to 'belt tightening' & aligning to Sonys benefits.
Future is very questionable for the studio.
