      Pros

      Amazon account, JLL built up a good thing. Amazon doesn't tolerate sustained poor performance from vendors.

      Cons

      CW Services took over the CA contract and reversed JLL gains. CW is unprofessionally sinking fast in a function they know nothing about.

      Pros

      paychecks always there. Lots of training through Amazon, Certifications taken care of, Almost always had the correct tools for the job. if not they got you them when requested

      Cons

      Managers generally did pretty good, but we would go through them like every 6 months then get one for a while so that was not very consistant. had problems with my manager doing something about coworker and safety issues but they never happened when management was in the building
