Pros
Upper management seem very interested in helping and working with their employees as well as being very fair. It is a very stable environment and their are lots of opportunities to explore area's of creative interest and the company is willing to pay for further training in your area of interest.
Cons
Middle management is very different from senior management. They seem to be more interested in protecting their spot as opposed to helping their employees develop. Unfortunately because it is a good place to work there is very little opportunity to move up because nobody leaves.
