Pros
Work like balance was good. Work from home when necessary. People (peers) were mostly nice.
Cons
Executive leadership doesn't know if they are coming or going. They are incompetent for the areas they are supposed to be responsible for and this includes the CEO. They make terrible decisions that waste millions of dollars and then just say oops. Then they lay off good workers to reimburse themselves. Stay away unless you just want a call center entry level job,
