      Pros

      COWI is realizing MBAs and Canadian management are not the best solution for NA unit.

      Cons

      No chance to advance unless you are Canadian or Danish. I still don't understand why the N. America unit's HQ is in Canada, not in the US. Canadian management staff especially from UBC did screw the NA unit. Hired Canadian marketing staff and engineering experts. Too much overhead, which means less engineering staff actually working.

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
