      Get to work in great environment. Due to the distribution of project from Denmark. Have lot of opportunities to explore in several projects.

      Office location is very bad. Not much parking for cars.

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
