Pros

Great benefits, vacation and sick time are separate and combined get to 20-30 days per year depending on how long your work for the company. Overtime can be either used as extra vacation later or compensated at the end of the year. Good development opportunities - one is not siloed in their position and, if you are active, you can work with many groups and regions. Supportive management - there is no wall between employees and managers up to vice-presidents, there is open dialogue and no unnecessary bureaucracy.

Cons

Higher management changed multiple times over the last several years, which results in initiatives being created by one team and abandoned by the next. Compensation lower than competitors. This is somewhat offset by better benefits. The North American region is often left behind by the European "mothership" when new initiatives are rolled out.

Pros

Primary offices were near transportation lines.

Cons

Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
