      Pros

      20 days AL, 14 days MC, WFH 2 days a week. People are mostly nice.

      Cons

      If you are on a project then you don't have WLB (OT a lot during submission period and no pay for that). While some have nothing to do all day long(because not enough projects awarded!). Low salary increasement every year. NO AWS, NO BONUS, ONLY BASE SALARY. lack of promotion opportunities, bad management. Many collegues leaving every year.

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
