Pros

Everywhere you go there will be good people who are stuck in a bad job and don’t know any better. There were some good people here. Also, if you need a job to feed your family or need visa sponsorship to stay in the country, then this is a good last resort option.

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked and it’s not close because they were inferior from every angle. CEO would send self-centered, rambling, poorly-punctuated, company-wide emails that should of stayed in the diary. Compensation is well below market (20-30%). Culture was austere and cold. Environment and Facilities felt like East Berlin. Growth did not occur during my time (from what I gathered things were not going as planned). Leadership was full of copycats with no creativity or vision. Perks were non-existent. Oh, and they also asked all salaried employees to work weekends in retail stores during the holidays, obviously for no additional compensation. This company claims to be a start up, but offers no equity therefore there is no upside.

Pros

CSC offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy, allowing me to take on meaningful work from day one. I got direct exposure to leadership, which provides insight, mentorship, and the ability to influence major decisions. The environment pushes me to learn fast and grow quickly, and the work we do has a clear and immediate impact across brands. The culture is innovative, supportive of new ideas, and ideal for people who like to build and solve complex problems.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the business can be challenging at times. Priorities can shift quickly, which requires strong adaptability. Expectations are high and the workload can be demanding, but it ultimately comes with the benefit of accelerated growth for those who are motivated by that environment.
