Cons

Heads are rolling there every month. The churn rate is the highest of any company I’ve ever seen. It may seem like a great opportunity on paper but it is far from what it seems. Avoid at all costs it’s a set back. I saw people hired and leave their current careers for what seems like an opportunity of a lifetime and then are fired 1 week into the job. Avoid for your own sake! Don’t believe them when they say, some people just can’t hack it. There is a reason these positions are constantly open and they can’t attract top tier talent.

I'm not sure when you last worked for the company but in the last two years we've made great strides in hiring and retaining top talent. In fact, of our new hire retention rate in 2020 was over 95%! CSC offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy, allowing me to take on meaningful work from day one. I got direct exposure to leadership, which provides insight, mentorship, and the ability to influence major decisions. The environment pushes me to learn fast and grow quickly, and the work we do has a clear and immediate impact across brands. The culture is innovative, supportive of new ideas, and ideal for people who like to build and solve complex problems.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the business can be challenging at times. Priorities can shift quickly, which requires strong adaptability. Expectations are high and the workload can be demanding, but it ultimately comes with the benefit of accelerated growth for those who are motivated by that environment.
