Pros
The good part about working here is it is a guy's club environment. Typical old school sales teams where we get together at the end of the day and have drinks together or on the weekends with our close knit families and party hard. We even get to go on one nice team trip every yer where we also take our families. This is like a team building event where everyone gets together and drinks to oblivion and the company gets to write it off. The best part about the company is the inflated titles. You can get to a VP of sales within a couple of years. You can go from associate level to executive level in no time. Actually most of the sales people are VPs.
Cons
There's not much room for advancement. After a couple of years you can become VP but that is really just an inflated title that means nothing and the take home pay doesn't increase much. From there it is a dead end.
