Its a product Based company. So no third party involvement. Small organization, so have chances to explore all the modules of the application. Good Team leads/Manager. Your opinion counts. Cons
Salaries need to revised on par with Market. Office premises is very small. Does not give a good feel of corporate office feeling. Since small organization chances are very less to promotional growth. Senior Position would be high. No/Less chances of onsite opportunity. People working at on site are working from 20/30 years. you get a chance only when they retire. Attrition rate is very less at on site. So that why on site chances are less. Notice Period is 3 Months. When company started it was only 2 Month.
