Time off between Christmas and New Year’s holidays for corporate employees.

Purchased by Platinum Equity. Several companies coming together as one. Not fully streamlined and on the same systems as of 2022. Corporate has Inconsistent/no policy on remote work so some corporate employees work remote all week whereas some must work in office. Corporate does not have all their policy and procedures ironed out as of 2022. No bonuses were given for 2021. Management -has favorites. -unqualified and hired out of desperation. -micromanages -if you message on Teams or email, often times doesn’t acknowledge you Corporate HR has high employee turnover. At least 6 employees resigned within a year.
