Pros

It’s not the worst job

Cons

Very poor pay. No cost of living raises, a MAX of a not guaranteed 3% “merit” raise. You will not get the 3% if you are not friends with your supervisor, and factoring in inflation I make less now than when I started. (Even after a promotion) Lack of HR presence leading to difficult work environments. A lot of interpersonal problems that have lead to sabotaging others projects and workloads. Management that will indulge in gossip and complaining about their team, to their team behind your back. Very unclearly policy a procedure. I could go on, every issue I have had personally, I have brought to the attention of the respective people who could address it. But there is ZERO follow through or follow up. (Maybe because unless you work at the main office in Linova, you don’t matter and you are out of site out of mind. Could be solved with having local HR)
