Best benefits hands down which begin on day 1 of employment., excellent culture within the company, integrity in all aspects, clear path for career growth with clinical career ladder which shows you all of the possible career paths you can take within this company.

Cons

Travel away from home half of each week is the job description & what we sign up for. However, we are all human & this can begin to wear on you if you are not incredible organized & efficient with time management. Luckily the travel is all relatively close to the region I which you reside and you can easily get home within a few hours via drive or flight.
