Devices are phenomenal and the industry Gold standard. As a rep, the technology and the company reputation is very important to me. Candela is typically known for having honest and reliable reps. The culture on my team was great and I was never micromanaged or asked to do anything unethical.

Cons

Lack of education, lack of leadership, unorganized, poor workflows, nonexistent marketing leading to very little community awareness of who Candela is, constantly changing comp plans, high turnover
