I can't say enough about my coworkers. They are some of the best, most dedicated, and brightest people I've had the pleasure to work with in my career.
Cons
This is just a preamble to a more in-depth review. I just want everyone still working there, and those potential candidates to really think about this. This is a non-profit park. I should qualify that, it is a for-profit for the upper tier of management. It is non-profit for the rest of us. Just so you know, entry level salaries can be in the low 30k range. Management has implemented salary caps. There are no merit increases.
